Cube Steak Casserole

4-6 cube steaks
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 cup Minute rice (brown or white)
flour, salt and pepper

Mix flour, salt & pepper. Dredge cube steaks through flour mixture. Brown cube steaks on both sides in a skillet with a little hot oil. Transfer cube steaks to a 9 x 13 baking dish . Mix soups and water together. Pour over cube steaks then sprinkle the dry rice over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
