Cubed Steak Pizzola

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp oil
2 lg cloves garlic, halved
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes, cut up
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb cubed steaks, 4
chopped parsley, opt

In large skillet, heat oil. Brown steaks quickly. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat. Sauté garlic in pan drippings, 3 to 5min or until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients, except parsley. Bring to a boil, return steaks to the skillet. Cover and simmer 5 min to blend flavors and heat through. Discard the garlic and garnish with parsley.
