Danish Cream Topping

DANISH CREAM TOPPING

Great on buttermilk pancakes (also posted here) and any whole grain toast or bagel. Freezes well.

2 cups non-fat creamed cottage cheese
2 Tbsp skim milk
1 Tbsp liquid honey
1/2 tsp finely grated orange peel
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp almond flavoring

Place all 6 ingredients in blender. Process for 2 minutes, scraping down sides as necessary, until puréed. Makes 2 cups.
