Deep Dish Tostada Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 8-ounce package refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups crushed corn chips
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain. Add seasoning mix, water,
and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with
cooking spray. Line the plate with crescent roll dough,
pressing perforations closed. Place meat mixture over dough.
Spread with sour cream and cover with crushed chips. Top with
cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
