Deli-Style Ham and Veggie Pizza

1 can refrigerated crusty French loaf bread
2 tbsp prepared mustard
2 cups finely diced 97%-fat-free ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 cups peeled diced fresh tomato
1 1/4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
2 tsp dried parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a rimmed 9-by-13-inch cookie sheet with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Unroll French loaf and pat dough into prepared pan and up the sides to form a rim. Bake for 8 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven.

Evenly spread mustard over partially baked crust.
Layer ham, onion, green pepper, tomato and mushrooms over crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parsley flakes evenly over top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Cut into slices
