Delicious Chicken Casserole

1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 sleeve saltine crackers crushed
1 stick butter
2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

mix soups and sour cream in 2 qt casserole dish, mix in chicken. Melt butter in small sauce pan, add crushed saltines and mix well. Spread on top of soup and chicken mixture. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. this dish is fantastic.

here’s a quick dip recipe; Classic spinach artichoke dip.
1 4oz. can artichokes hearts, drained aaaaaa7 chopped.
1/2 10 ounce pkg. frozen chopped spinach.thawed.1/2 cup sour dream
1/4 cup mayonaise. 1/4 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup ramano cheese , grated.
1/4 tsp. garlic minced. preheat oven to 375 F. in a small baking dish mix all
ingredients together. cover and bake until hot & bubbly. serve w/chip, etc.
