ive got a copycat recipe here for denny’s vegetable beef soup that I heard they cancelled
I’ll post it here and let everyone try it
Ingredients
1 to 2 pounds of stewing Beef
3 pts of canned tomatoes
1 cup water
1 Medium onion
1/2 a green Pepper
1 beef bouillon cube
basil
thyme
3 bay leaves
salt
pepper
1 cup each of the following:
Green beans
Potatoes
Corn
Carrots
Procedure
Brown stewing beef with onions and green pepper, then add tomatoes.
Cut vegetables into bit sized pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook at a simmer for 3 hrs. Basil, thyme,salt and pepper to taste.
