Detox Recipes

I’ve tried both of these recipes and they are quite tasty, and do the trick.

Here are two very healthy detox recipes, and quite tasty as well. In the detox process, it is obviously important to feed your body with a lot of nutrients, while dodging all harmful foods and liquids.

  1. Healing Detox Juice

This juice is a sweeter approach, yet is still very effective in the digestion and detox process.

3 Carrots
125g Fresh Spinach
Handful of Flat Leaf Parsley
3 Sticks Celery

Juice all ingredients (place the celery in last). Add in water to your taste preference.

  1. Warm Broccoli Soup

1/2 Avocado
8 Good Sized Broccoli Heads
1/3 Red Onion
1 Celery Stick
An Inch of Root Ginger
Handful of Spinach
Bragg Liquid Amino (Optional)
Cumin (Optional)

Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes, and put with the rest of the ingredients in the blender. Add garlic, pepper, and salt to taste. The heat from the broccoli gives this soup it’s warmth.
