Deviled Crab Imperial

This is a little different but good.

1 Tablespoon butter
1 cup cream 2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
2 Tablespoons green pepper, minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tablespoon dry mustard
dash of cayenne
3 Tablespoons pimento, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley, minced
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound fresh crab meat.

Make white sauce of first 4 ingresients. Mix crabmeat with seasonings. Add white sauce, fill well buttered shells or casserole with mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Place under broiler until browned.
