…made completely with egg whites? Is this possible? I love deviled eggs but am wondering, to keep the calorie count low, is it possible to just mash egg whites with fat free mayo & seasonings & stuff into the split egg (white only?) I know this sounds odd but could be a calorie saver & a help to others. I once heard that most of the flavor of eggs is in the whites. Is this correct??
Consider cooking up some egg substitute to have the color of the yolk as part of your stuffing?
