I would like to see diabetic recipes or at least recipes that list the total carbs and other nutritional values so I can decide if they are suitable for my husband who has recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

Hi there! My family also has special nutritional needs and I know that info can be tricky to come by. So, in order to solve that problem, I bought a software package called MasterCook version 8. It retails for about $20.00 and is available at Best Buy. I’m sure lots of other places sell it too (and you can find it by doing a search on the web).
The software will calculate nutritional info for any recipe you type in and already has oodles of recipes loaded on it, all of which have the nutritional info already provided.
Other helpful features of the software include shopping lists based on your menu (that you choose) and inventory of any items you wish to track. Nifty stuff - lots of features - and VERY helpful for diabetic needs.
Best of luck!
