Diced chicken and egg tofu


Materials (eggs tofu):
Made soy milk 250 g
2 eggs
A little salt
Material:
Chicken meat 50 grams
2 of shiitake mushrooms
Onion, chopped 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp
Appropriate amount of water to starch
A little sesame oil
Dash of pepper

Production steps:

1-Chicken diced, soaked until soft shiitake mushrooms, diced

2-sprinkle with chopped green onion

3-Beat eggs, add soy milk Stir

4-soy milk eggs sieved

5-Add a little salt, soy milk egg mixture into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes or so, a full cooked out of the solidified

6-Cooked qian juice poured on top
Tips
soy milk and egg mixture ratio of 2:1, or 2.5:1
Steaming time and related to the vessel, the method of judgment is a chopsticks inserted therein, no egg outflow is cooked
Steamed egg tofu smooth surface in a bowl covered with a foil
