We received an ad for a book from the site http://weightloss4idiots.com. The ad states that we gain weight over years because our bodies become seasoned to what we eat, and expect that to continue. The only weight loss possible with the same behaviors comes from starving the weight from our bodies.
This ad states that it is possible to trick the weight from our bodies by making drastic changes to our diets at irregular intervals and by eating some foods that are full of fat burning compatible calories.
Does anyone have experience with this concept?
