Dijon Pork Chops
Ingredients:
Salt
Pepper
Any kind of Pork Chop or you can do the same with a Pork Roast
Butter or Margarine
Put salt and pepper on one side of the chops. Then lightly spread the Dijon mustard over it. Melt about 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet or I prefer an electric frying pan at 350 degrees. Put the chops in mustard side down. Add the first 3 ingredients to the up side. Turn over frequently and brown the chops. Usually takes between 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the chops. You can make a gravy after the chops are done. Add milk, Sour Cream and more Dijon Mustard to the pan. Mix all together until smoothe. Taste great over Rice.
