Does anyone have a recipe for Almond Boneless Chicken

I ate at a Chinese restaurant in Detriot Mi called Wing Hings and it had the best chicken dish I have ever had but I cant find the recipe anywhere
Can anyone help me?

Hi rholland,

I did an extensive search on the internet and couldn’t
find anything for Wing Hings almond chicken.

I would assume Wing Hings is a local resaurant, so your
best bet might be to ask someone who works there for the
recipe. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want, you might
just get it. The worse that could happen is they will say no.

In the mean time here are a couple of almond chicken recipes
I enjoy.

ROAST CHICKEN WITH ALMONDS

10 chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 to 1/2 c. dry white wine, or water or other liquid
Parmesan cheese

Spread chicken in very lightly greased baking dish. Cover with 2/3 of the almonds. Mix soups with wine. Pour over chicken and almonds. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and then sprinkle remaining almonds over. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours uncovered. Serves 8 to 10

CHICKEN ALMOND CASSEROLE

1 c. chicken breast, diced and cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 eggs, hard-boiled
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 1/2 tsp. butter

Mix together cracker crumbs and butter; set aside. Combine chicken, chicken soup, almonds, mayonnaise, celery, salt, pepper, eggs and lemon juice. Grease a deep casserole dish and pour mixed ingredients in alternating layers with 3/4 cup of buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Cover with
remaining buttered crumbs and brown. Serves 6.

Chinese Restaurant Almond Chicken

Batter:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
Milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 lb. vegetable oil for deep frying
1 lb. chicken breast, boned and cut into small pieces

Gravy:
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small can mushrooms

4 oz. cashew nuts (or almonds), finely grated - for garnish

Mix flour, eggs, baking powder and enough milk to form dough
the consistency of pancake batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Dip chicken into the batter, let
excess batter drip off. Fry until golden brown, remove from pan
and keep warm until ready to serve.

Remove all oil from pan except about one-fourth. To make gravy add
cornstarch, chicken broth, seasonings, soy sauce and mushrooms, stir
while it cooks for a few minutes.

Pour gravy over warm chicken and sprinkle finely grated cashew nuts or
almonds on top.
