I’m just tired of eating tuna and chicken breast everyday. So I really want to try different things that are good and that are healthy and low carbs. I don’t want to end up eating fattning food again. Please help! Thank you!
Look up carb counts for foods using your search engine - you will see what foods are lowest in carbs. Corrine Netzger puts out a good book (paperback - sold anywhere) called Food Counts which thells all the fats, carbs, sodium, calories, etc. for all types of fresh foods, meats, canned and boxed foods, fast foods, frozen foods, etc. It’s worth the investment. If not - check out carb counts on line.
You could eat beef and pork and fish - but you never mentioned if you like that.
BTW - no foods are fattening if you eat them in moderation. and there are good carbs which your body needs as well as the bad carbs you can do without. Study up on them so that you wil know the difference. Good luck.
I will recommend you HCG diet for burning fat and body fat. They will surely help you to control your weight which will help you to stay fit and fresh.
