My dearly departed mom, a full blooded Greek, said to NEVER brown ground meat without adding a little cinnamon. I use a ton of it in spaghetti sauce and won’t hardly eat it without cinnamon now. How much she added depended upon the dish, naturally. Try it sometime.

Cinnamon is very good for you. I use it in chili all the time. In my opinion, you can never have too much cinnamon in anything!
