Been told to watch your Sodium and Salt intake? Remember there
are 2300 mg sodium in 1 teaspoon of salt. Try the Chef’s special
blend of spices…you’ll never know the salt is missing. Combine the
following ingredients, grind in blender or food processor…fill shakers:



1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. ground basil
1 tsp. ground marjoram
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. ground parsley flakes
1 tsp. ground savory
1 tsp. ground mace
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. ground rosemary
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. black pepper
