Double Berry Cake Squares
1 pound cake, cut into 12 slices
1/3 cup cranberry juice
2 cups fresh whole raspberries or sliced strawberries
2 packages (4 serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
4 cups whipped topping, divided
Arrange cake slices in bottom of 13x9" pan. Drizzle with cranberry juice. Arrange raspberries over cake.
Prepare instant puddings as directed on package reducing milk to 2 1/2 cups. Gently stir in 1 cup whipped topping. Spoon mixture over raspberries. Spread with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving or overnight.
