dumplings for a crowd

I’ve got no problem making a big pot of our favorite chicken for chick & dumplings…but how do I make dumplings for 15 people, and have them so they’re easy to self serve?? I’ve been cooking for 50+ yrs, but even with kids & grandkids we’re only 10. Help please!

I am not quite sure of what you are looking for - is it because of your pan size? Wider pan over 2 burners can help. Can you double your recipe for the dumplings?
You said you cooked for 10 (I’ve been cooking WELL over the 50 year mark for a LARGER family) - would doubling help you at all?
