1/4 cup light Zesty Italian Dressing

1 Pouch shake 'N bake Extra crispy seasond coating mix

1 lb. white fiah fillets, such as haddock, halibut or cod.

1/4 cup miracle whip light dressings it taste like the tartar sauce is already on the fish

Preheat oven to 400’F. Cut each potatoe lengthwise into 8 wedges. Toss potatoes with italian dressing in a bowl. Arrange, cut sides down, on large baking sheet coated with cooking spary. bake 15

color=olive]Meanwhile, reserve 1/4 cup of coating mix for potatoes; set aside. place remaining coating mix on plate. spread one side of fish with half of the miracle whip. dip it in coating. turn over; brush other side and reapeat.

Remove potatoes from oven; turn over and arrange around outer edges of baking sheet. place fish in center og baking sheet. sprinkle reserved coating mix over potatoes. bake 15 min. or until fish flakes with fork and potatoes are tender.[/color]
