1 lb chicken breast
1 package fajita seasoning
8 oz mexican cheese, shredded
dice chicken breast, and follow directions on back of fajita package.
Lightly butter tortillas and slightly brown.
Put chicken on, smother with cheese and put on other tortilla.
Return to pan until tortilla finishes browning nicely and cheese is all melted. flip to do both sides. Serve with sourcream and salsa for dipping
