300 ml double cream
Small tin condensed milk
Zest and juice of four limes
Biscuit base (125g digestive biscuits, 80g melted butter, 5 tbspns caster sugar)
Whisk up the wet ingredients, pour onto biscuit base pressed into a loose-bottomed tin, whack it in the fridge for at least an hour. It is far more delicious than anything this easy deserves to be!
