Easy Mexican Macaroni

This is my 1st post, hope it comes out all right!

This pasta dish is super easy, and a big favorite when we crave spicy food.

8 oz macaroni, or other tube pasta. Cooked according to directions
3 oz shredded Mexican, or Nacho cheese
3-4 oz Enchilada sauce

Drain the cooked pasta and place in a microwave safe bowl. Mix with enchilada sauce, and 2/3 of the cheese. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Microwave until cheese melts.:stuck_out_tongue:
