Easy Recipe

[b]This is an easy and fast recipe. I do not drink beer but cook with it. You can use the cheapest of beer for this:


3 C self-raising flour
3 T sugar
1 can room temp beer

Mix together and put into a well greased bread pan. Put into a pre-heated oven set at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. To check for doneness put a toothpick in center and if it comes out clean it is done. Let cool abit before cutting. Great with some honey butter on it or toasted.[/b]
