Easy Seasoned Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
2/3 cup Hungry Jack Mashed Potato Flakes
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
Place dressing and potato flakes in separate shallow dishes or pie plates. Dip chicken in dressing; coat with potato flakes.
Melt margarine in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cover
and cook 6 minutes. Turn; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
