EASY SKILLET SUPPER

Healthy Choice Kielbasi sausage
4-6 large white potatoes
6 carrots
4 small white cooking onion
‘Pam’ style vegetable spray
seasoned salt
sour cream

spray large electric skillet with non-stick spray. Cut sausage in quarters, vegetables in 2" cubes, leave onions whole. Brown sausage pieces on all sides, then add vegetables, add water half way up skillet and sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Allow to simmer, covered, 325-350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or till veggies are fork tender. Add water as necessary. Remove to serving dish, use liquid in pan for a juicy broth to pour over potatoes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired.

To complete the meal: salad or applesauce on the side, and fruit over ice cream, angelfood cake or pudding makes a quick and satisfying meal.
