Easy Southwestern Strogonoff
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 jar (16 oz) thick and chunky salsa
2 c. uncooked wagon wheel pasta (8 oz)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Cook beef in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat for about 6
minutes, stirring occasionally until brown; drain.
Stir in water, salsa, pasta, and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat
to low. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally,
until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot.
