Easy Vanilla Ice Cream
1 large package instant vanilla pudding
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 gallon milk
Mix first three ingredients with about half the milk using an electric mixer.
Stir in enough of the remaining milk to fill ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. For variety: add one cup sweetened and chopped strawberries and one small strawberry Jell-O or use peaches with peach Jell-O.
