1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp confectioners’ sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chilled evaporated milk
1 cup chilled olive or salad oil
Beat first 8 ingredients with rotary egg beater until well blended.
Add 1/3 cup oil and beat well.
Add another 1/3 cut oil and beat.
Add the remaining oil and beat again.
Serve the dressing shortly after making. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
