El Paso Chili

2 lbs. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 28 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 green pepper, diced 1/4 c. chili powder 2 t. sugar 1 t. cumin 1 t. salt 1 t. pepper 1/2 t. crushed red pepper 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can whole kernal corn, drained 1 c. dry red wine
Over med heat cook ground beef, onion, green pepper,and garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer at least 1 hr.
