Ingredients: 1 fryer chicken, cut up
1/2 cup flour
pepper and seasoning salt
8 Tbsp butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy Hot)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions: Coat chicken with flour, seasoning salt, and pepper in a sack. Slice mushrooms and saute in 4 tablespoons butter. Place chicken in 9 x 13 casserole dish; dot with 4 tablespoons of butter. Add mushrooms, lemon juice and Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce. Add cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 375 degree oven. Serves 6.
