1 roast
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
2 c red wine
1 c water
2 t garlic powder
2 c baby potatoes
2 carrots, cut in chunks
1 1/2 c whole baby onions
Combine all ingredients and cook on hi for 5 hours. Serve with Yorkshire pudding.
