English Muffin Topping, My Favorite Breakfast

This is one of my favorite things.

2 hardboiled eggs (cooled) chopped
1 jar of Kraft Pimento cheese (it is a glass jar about 4 inches tall)
1 can Hormel canned ham (red label by tuna fish same size can as tuna)

Mix the above.

Split English muffins, put under broiler and LIGHTLY toast them. Take them out and put a good helping of mixture on muffin, spread to edges. Put back under broiler until it is hot and bubble and slightly brown.

A double batch is normally enough for an entire package of English muffins.

The mixture can be kept in the frig up to two days.
