EZ Creme de Menthe Cake
1 white cake mix
7 Tbls. creme de menthe
1 small carton cool whip
1 can chocolate frosting
Mix up cake according to pkg directions, adding 3 Tbls. creme de menthe.
Bake as directed for a 9 x 13 pan. Cool.
Frost with the chocolate frosting.
Add 4 Tbls. creme de menthe to a small carton cool whip. Spread over the chocolate frosting. Chill before serving.
