Fabulous Baby Back Ribs

2 slabs baby backribs

1 large onion

1 - 14 oz. bottle Heinz chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 tbsp. horseradish

Slice the onion and spread over the bottom of baking pan lined with a double layer of foil. (This will save lots of cleanup time)

Wash Ribs and Sprinkle both sides of ribs with salt and pepper.

Place ribs on top of sliced onions.

Cover TIGHTLY (the secret is to cover Very Tightly) with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and drain liquid.

Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce & horseradish.
(Amount of horseradish depends on how spicy you want it.)

Spread over the ribs and cook, uncovered, for 1 hour longer.

These ribs are wonderful and are great because they take very little effort from the cook. My husband ate 1 and 1/2 racks the first time I made these and made himself miserable from eating too much. Everyone who eats them asks for the recipe. Hope you enjoy it too!
