Fantastic Honey Chicken
4 Chicken Halves
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Awake or frozen orange juice(not diluted)
2 tbsp. Kikoman Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. parsley chopped
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Put all ingredients except for chicken on stove to simmer for 2 minutes. Place chicken halves, bone side up, in baking dish
and pour the ingredients over them evenly. Cover with foil and let stand for 2 hours.
Place chickens, Bone side down, on charcoal broiler … 8" above fire.
Baste every 10 minutes for 50 minutes without turning. Turn and cook for 10 minutes.
