When my kids were growing up I made this easy and quick dish many times. We always had a lot of our children’s friends over and they always asked for this simple dish. Amounts can be varied depending on how many people you need to feed or what your tastes are. This is one dish that really can’t be screwed up!

1 to 3 pounds of ground beef, venison, or turkey

onion if desired

1 or 2 cans condensed tomato soup

1 or 2 cans drained whole kernal corn

instant potatoes

dried parsley flakes

butter (if desired)

brown ground meat with onions and drain. Add the condensed tomato soup and mix. Spread the meat mixture in bottom of baking dish. Add the whole kernal corn evenly over top of this. Make the instant potatoes and spread over the top of the corn. Sprinkle dried parsley over instant potato. You can add pats of butter on top of the potatoes if desired. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so.

This recipe is so simple but tastes so good no matter what amounts are used. The more potatoes the more people it will feed.
