I like Rum drinks. this is the one I like best. Two parts Orange-pineapple Juice, one part Banana Rum, one part Malbu Rum. Someone told me this was called a Fruite Basket.

I also love the fuzzy navel. yum yum

I always like a good Bloody Mary but my drinkof choice would have to be Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum and orange juice.

A simple drink I have enjoyed for many years is a California Root Beer. It is a shot of Galliano liquor in a glass of Coke with a splash of a beer, then shaken, then served. It tastes a lot like a root beer with a kick.

I love, love Long Island Ice Teas. They go down nice and smooth–too smooth, in fact. It’s hard to drink just one and before you know it you’re calling a cab! Does anyone out there know how they’re made?

My favourite drink is Gordon’s Gin and soda water with 6 slices of lime & lemon and lots of ice!

I’ve become addicted to Bit O Honey

3/4 shot of butterscotch schnapps
float Baileys on top

bottoms up!!

Okay I used to own a bar and people would come in and say “I can drink anything and it never affects me. I want something strong” So the first thing I would do is take their keys away and make them a Harbor Light!
Harbor Light
12oz glass
shot of ameratto
shot of brandy
shot of crown royal
shot of meyer rum
and a shot of 151 on top
Light it and put the fire out and make them drink it as a shot!
All of it! I only know of one person who could drink 3 of them in a night!
Never failed the person never made that statement twice!

When i actually do drink i would have to say that my favorite drinks is a
Long Island Ice Tea, and a Duckfart which is a shot that is made of Kaluha, baileys and Jack Dainels.

My favorite drink right now is a Mojito. Originally from Cuba, it has enough rum in it to give you a good buzz, but it’s a light and refreshing drink…especially w/ the sweetness of the sugar added and the ground up mint leaves in it. It’s great for a hot summer’s day or “hot” night . The recipe follows. Enjoy!

Though the directions might seem longer than your usual cocktail recipe, don’t be put off: it’s actually a lot simpler than it looks, especially if you have the foresight to mix up a batch of simple syrup in advance.

 1. Make simple syrup: Heat equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan until just before boiling and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Make up a big batch – say a cup of sugar and a cup of water – than toss it in the fridge … it’ll easily keep for a couple of weeks, during which time you’ll be able to whip up mojitos at a moment’s notice, to the delight of your very fortunate friends.
 2. Place the mint leaves and 1 tbsp. of the simple syrup (cooled) in the glass, then squish it all around with a spoon (or whatever appropriate utensil you can find) for 20-30 seconds, until you can smell that good minty smell. .what you’ll need: 2 1/2 oz. light rum 1 lime 1 tbsp. simple syrup mint leaves (8 or so sprigs worth) ice club soda tall glass spoon, or some other utensil that can be used to mash the mint leaves.
 3. Cut the lime in half. Squeeze the juice out from both halves into the glass, then drop one half into the glass. 4. Pour in the rum and stir. 5. Add plenty of ice, then top off the mixture with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!

Just like grandma used to make…but in drink form…soo good!!!

Oatmeal Cookie:

Splash Cream (Mixer)
Splash Kahlua (Liqueur)
1/4 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream (Liqueur)
1/2 shot Cinnamon Schnapps (Liqueur)
Splash Frangelico (Liqueur)
mix gently together can be done on the rocks but I like it without
I used to have this on occasion waiting for my ex to pick me up after work…I was a bartender at the time…i also love a good Melon Margarita:

Melon Margarita:

1 oz. Triple Sec (Liqueur)
Crushed Ice (Mixer)
1 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila (Liquor (White))
1 oz. Melon liqueur (Liqueur)
1 Melon (fruit)
blend and pour in glass without salt

My favorite drink at the moment is a watermelon. It is: 1 shot vodka, 1 shot Midori, cranberry juice, soda water (just enough to make it sparkle) and a twist of lime. Delicious over ice in a tall glass. Tastes just like watermelon and very refreshing.

My Top three would be:
C#!k Sucking Cowboy: Layered Shot with Butterscotch Schnapps on the bottom and Baileys Irish Cream on top

S#!t On The Grass: another Layered Shot: Melon Liquer on the Bottom and Kahlua on Top

or

Monkey Bum: (in an Old Fashioned Glass) 1 shot Malibu (Coconut Rum) 1 Shot Banana Liquer over ice and top with Lemonade

When I go out to drink, a few of my favorite drinks are pina coladas, grasshoppers made with ice cream, kaula and cream, singapore slings, and Black Velvet with 7-up…YUMMY !!!

Not very original, but my favorite drink is Dewars on the rocks

Snowshoe

1 part Black Velvet
1part peppermint schnapps

This is one of those drinks you have to be careful with. It doesn’t taste as strong as it is; in fact, it goes down like Kool-aid, but it has a kick. It’s a really refreshing drink in hot weather.

NUTTY IRISHMAN

50% Baileys Irish Cream
50% Frangelico

Pour over ice and enjoy the most creamy drink ever without any work.

A Sicilian Kiss is equal parts of Southern Comfort and Amaretto on the rocks…DELISH!

The Hard Rock in Las Vegas serves a wicked good Caramel Martini, it is def. a must try!!!
