Fiesta Chuck Roast
Boneless Chuck Roast- brown then put in dutch oven.
1- 16oz. jar picante sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, cut in strips
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
Mix together. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 hours or until tender.
