Fiesta Hummus

1 can garbanzo beans
1⁄2 tsp cumin
1⁄4 tsp salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1⁄2 cup yogurt, non-fat, plain
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Drain and mash garbanzo beans with a food processor or a blender. If you don’t have either of those you could use a fork as well.

Add in the remaining ingredients.

Process, blend, or mash until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour or preferably overnight. Serve on crackers or tortilla chips. I prefer tortilla chips with this one. :slight_smile:
