Fillets with 4 Peppers

1/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
2 beef fillets

Combine first 4 ingrediants, stirring well. Shape into 4 (2") rounds, cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

Dust fillets with white and coarse ground black pepper.

Broil 4 mins per side for med rare. After turning, top each with a butter round. When done, turn over on plate and top with remaining butter round.
