Five Minute Tapenade

A delicious make-ahead spread that can be served on bread, grilled fish or warm brie cheese.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1-1/3 cups (325mL) servings

1 can (375mL) sliced ripe olives, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup (50mL) ReaLemon Lemon Juice
12 fresh basil leaves
3-4 anchovy fillets
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 slice white bread, crust removed and cubed
1 tbsp (15mL) capers
1/3 cup (75mL) olive oil

Place all ingredients, except oil in food processor and process until mixture is combined.
Slowly add oil in a steady stream until mixture is creamy. Garnish as desired.
