Flavored Butters for Corn
In small bowl with wooden spoon, beat 1/2 cup butter, softened, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder and 1/4 tsp pepper until well blended. Makes 1/2 cup.
Prepare butter as above but substitute 2 tsp chopped chives for chili powder.
Prepare butter as above but substitute 1 tsp dill weed for chili powder.
