whip yor egg whites until they begin to peak. sprinkle a teaspoon o f splenda over the egg whites and continue to whip until tall and stiff peaks form. . on parchment or sprayed cookie sheet spoon put meringue and form into 3-4 inch circles. Place in 250 degree oven and bake until dry. rop teh oven door open to allow it to vent. This will take about two hours.
when done, take 1 scoop carb smart ice cream pour 1/4 cup milk over carb smart, place meringue float on top. top with fruit or little sugar free gummies, enjoy!
