I have so many food intolerances it isn’t funny. I am looking for recipes for meals and deserts. Please remember I can’t have the following items in any way, shape, or form…
Dairy
Eggs
Gluten (wheat)
Oils of any kind
Added fats of any kind
Artificial Sweeteners
Apples
Yogurt
Applesauce
Apples
Carrots
Broccoli
Butter or margarine
Added sugars
Can only have about 1/8-1/4 a cup of any fruit or veggie on the list linked below
No starches
My digestive system is ridiculous but I am dealing with it.
It is all plain jane for me unfortunately. Here is a list of low FODMAP foods that I work from… i can’t have many of the items on there but it is just a guideline http://www.ibsgroup.org/brochures/fodmap-intolerances.pdf
