1 c cooked lobster meat diced
¾ c sweet red peppers, sliced into strips
1 pkg Olivieri Alfredo Sauce
1 pkg Olivieri Five Cheese Medallions
1 T fresh thyme, finely chopped
¼ t hot pepper flakes
Follow package directions for stovetop heating of Olivieri Alfredo sauce. Stir in cooked lobster. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Cook Olivieri Five Cheese Medallions according to package directions. Pour heated sauce over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with thyme and hot pepper flakes.
