can i cook up a batch of fried rice and freeze it? how would i reheat it just in the microwave?
I wouldn’t freeze fried rice. It is so fast to make; why lose that fresh taste?
I have never tried to freeze the fried rice. But I have try keeping it in fridge and reheat it with microwave. Guess you need to take out the fried rice let it down to room temperature before reheat it. But if you keep it in fridge, just reheat it directly in microwave would be okay.
