Hi Ron

Just joined “Recipe Secrets” today and downloaded your Low Fat Recipe Secrets" Cookbook. I haven’t tried any of the recipes, as yet, but it comes as “heaven sent” as my Family and I are on a health diet and are only allowed “X” amount of fat, etc. It’s so wonderful to see that you have the list in your Cookbook. Thanks a ton. Also glad to see that you guys in America are using Hoodia!

Great idea but don’t forget about low salt for people on low salt diets, low fat still have to much salt for us to eat it.
