Can half & half be frozen and if so what is best way to defrost it. I love all the recipes and ideas I’m getting from this list
coincidentally, there is a mostly frozen half gallon of half and half in my fridge right now. :roll:
if you freeze it hard in your freezer, i would guess the best way to defrost it would be slowly, in your refrigerator.
You can freeze and either let defrost in fridge overnight or in micro on power level 3 for 2-4 minutes depending on amount frozen if you are in a hurry!
